I am writing to compliment you on the great service that I received from Ann and Judi at your Greenfield location. I purchased an engagement ring from you last year, and was very satisfied with the diamond. However, after wearing it for a year, my wife found one day that her diamond had actually cracked and had a large chip missing from the girdle. We’re not sure how it happened, and I was very worried about it. When I took it into the store today, Ann and Judi took a look at it, and immediately offered to replace the stone. I was able to pick out a replacement the same day! The entire process was painless, and I was very relieved to find out that your “no small print” warranty really is the truth, and that you truly stand behind your product. It’s very refreshing to know that great customer service does still exist, and I will definitely be telling my friends about the great experience that I had.
